Our Process
It all begins with a design. For us, creating a staircase is an art. Though many details, specifications, and needs are taken into consideration, the staircase still needs to be expressive. We want to make sure that it speaks to the style of the building it is in – and meets the needs of all invested parties from architect to builder to owner.
Once a vision has been determined, we begin gathering details for our plan. We can even help onsite to take all the measurements needed for accurate planning. Technology plays a big role in our planning phase, and we utilize a CAD design process to support our efforts. The 3-D renderings we produce through our CAD program help to eliminate a lot of the guesswork, saving our customers time and money.
With all the needed specifications in place, we are ready to begin manufacturing. We use a wealth of high-end building materials to make our staircases special. CNC (Computer-Numeric-Controlled) precision cutting allows for very exact work, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time. Our craftsmen use their well-honed skills with each product and will often produce color-matched custom turnings on a lathe or carve custom fittings by hand. Whether we are using these time-tested techniques or modern technology, our quality is evident.
When the staircase is finished, we are ready to deliver. Finishing touches like the rail and balustrade can be pre-assembled, or if they will be assembled onsite, they can be pre-fit in our factory to save you time, hassle, and labor costs. You can also take advantage of our full-service, turnkey installation, guaranteeing the quality that you expect.
